What Our Partners Ask
We specialise in premium natural fibres including Australian and New Zealand Merino wool, South African Mohair, Cashmere, Angora, and luxury blends incorporating silk and linen. Our fibre fineness ranges from 15.5 to 21 microns.
Worsted fabrics use long-staple fibres that are combed parallel, producing a smooth, crisp finish ideal for suiting. Woollen fabrics use shorter fibres carded in different directions, creating a softer, loftier texture. Fiorano specialises exclusively in worsted production.
Super counts indicate fibre fineness — the higher the number, the finer the wool. Super 110s (18.5 micron) offers excellent drape and durability. Super 150s+ (under 16 micron) delivers extraordinary softness with a liquid hand-feel. We produce across the full spectrum.
Standard production lead time is 45–60 days from confirmed order. For existing stock qualities, we can ship within 15–20 days. Rush orders and sampling typically take 7–14 days depending on complexity.
Fiorano holds ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 for product safety, and maintains compliance with REACH regulations. Our testing laboratory is NABL-accredited for in-house quality assurance.
Absolutely. Our design studio offers full bespoke development — from custom colourways and weave structures to entirely new fabric constructions. Our team collaborates with your designers from concept through production sampling.
MOQs vary by fabric type: 300 metres for stock qualities, 500 metres for custom colourways, and 1,000 metres for entirely new constructions. Sampling has no minimum — we encourage exploration before commitment.
We source exclusively from non-mulesed flocks, maintain full supply chain traceability, and are committed to responsible wool sourcing standards. Our facility employs water recycling, energy-efficient processes, and adheres to zero-discharge norms.
